Certificate MIL-STD-461E
CM Computer chassis EMI testing has been done according
to the stringent criteria requirements of the US Navy and
Air Force. Our ATR products have passed the most
restrictive EMI levels for Military Transport Aircraft
(<25m), Military Fighters (<25m) and Military Helicopters. These EMI levels
exceeded other Military & Aerospace requirements.
Certificates have been achieved for the following
MIL-STD-461E testing procedures:
- Radiated Field ER RE102-3 ROD Navy
Fixed & AF (2MHz-30MHz). |

Certificate MIL-STD-810F Available The CM-ATR-25/35/45
chassis environmental testing was performed without using shock
absorbers during the Sock & Vibration procedures. Operational testing
also surpassed MIL-STD-810F temperature limits. The wide range of
Certificates achieved qualify our products for practically all types of
military applications irrespective of the installation platform
(Avionics, Ground vehicles, Naval Systems, etc.). Certificates available
cover the following MIL-STD-810F testing procedures.Method 501.4 /strong> Method 501.4 Procedure II. High Temperature Operation (+80 ºC). Method 502.4 Method 502.4 Procedure II. Low Temperature Operation (-55 ºC). Method 507.4 Humidity (5 cycles of 48 h). Method 516.5 Procedure 1. Shock (Sawtooth 20g, 11ms, 3 axis, 2 polarity, 18 shocks). Method 509.3. Salt fog. 96 hours total, 5% NaCI pH 6.3. |
